| August 06 1941 | Lost off Cromer when part of convoy FS 559, steaming south off Norfolk, when a change of course by the lead vessel was missed by the others and 6 vessels ran onto Haisborough Sands. Roskill's "War at Sea" has an official reference to the incident. |
